What is the Marketing Mobster (MM) Program?

The MM program is a way by which our company, Minnesota Home Buyer Assistance Program LLC. (MHBAP), generously compensates private individuals and businesses for helping in our marketing efforts to grow our business, by sending prospective clients to us.

MHBAP is in the business of purchasing homes that our homebuyer  selects with a line of credit and/or Private Investors.  We provide financing back to them with a monthly payment that is affordable to our homebuyers who are unable to qualify for a traditional mortgage financing program. We are uniquely positioned in the market because of our large credit line and funds from our group of Investors. We can offer “owner financing” terms to homebuyers who can't pursue other homes due to their inability to obtain a regular mortgage loan. Please note, at present time we only do business in the State of Minnesota.

How the MM Program works

Our clients are home buyers, usually with no down payment or credit issues. We pay MMs a lead fee every time we close a transaction (sale) with someone who was sent to us by you. All companies advertise, in one way or another, to bring in business.  MHBAP prefers to reward people for sharing with their family and friends about our company; instead of spending $1000's on other types of marketing. We all know that "word of mouth" advertising is the strongest of any type.

To get started you have to register with us by filling out the Marketing Mobster Registration Form (see below). Once approved by us, you can immediately begin to submit BONAFIED buyer leads.

You register them via the form that the above link "Register Prospective Client" connects with. Then you send that prospective client to our Website or our 24 hour information line. There is no need to try to explain the program to them. All the information they need will be divulged to them as they take their journey toward home ownership.

By you taking a step to register them, you are guaranteed to receive credit for them. If you don't register them before they contact us, there is no way for us to know you were the reason they came to us. In that case we won't be able to pay you a lead fee.

Who can participate in the MM Program?

Whether you are an individual or a business entity you can participate in the MM program.

We appreciate Realtors and their efforts; so if you are a Realtor representing a client buying a home, please look at our "Realtor" program on our website. If you like what you see you might wish to qualify to represent this unique Program to your clients and become certified!

When are payments made to MMs?

The checks for all lead fees will be paid after the closing of the transaction (sale) with the client. We reconcile all closed sales at the end of each month. We track the original source of where every Buyer we work with comes from. Those lead fee checks will be mailed out around the 10th day of each month.

Our right to revise or cancel program

We reserve the right to revise or cancel this program at any time. If the program is revised or canceled we shall notify existing Mobsters by last known email.

Note: You will still get paid the proper lead fees under the old rules for any clients you had referred to us before the revision or cancellation of the program.
