2. Next we will assign our Minnesota Home Buyer Program consultants to your properties who will in turn process all of the necessary paperwork for you and our Buyers.

3. Our typical escrows will vary between 15-30 days.

4. You continue doing what you do best "build homes and count the home sales."

1.
